나는 열정적 인 요리사이고 나는 Soqueta를 이끈다. Soqueta는 Majorcan 요리를 누설하고 홍보하기 위해 노력하는 식도락의 집입니다. Soqueta는 섬에서, 그리고 무엇보다도 우리 문화에서 정의하는 우리의 요리법에 쉽고 직접적인 입장이되기를 희망하기 때문에 나가는 거리 수준의 요리입니다. 섬을 특징 짓는 평온함과 함께 식탁을 나눠주는 단순함을 요리하고 즐기기를 바랍니다. 모든 것은 오래된 Majorcan 농원에 속한 골동품 식탁을 중심으로 회전하며 우리 모두가 함께 살고 다시 삶을 영위 할 것입니다.
