Amazing experience!!! My wife and I loved the class where Chef Francesco taught us how to cook four separate courses in the Tuscany tradition. Francesco and Julia made the entire experience memorable. The four dishes included antipasta which was La Pappa Col Pomodoro; homemade pici pasta; Tagliata Steak with caramelized onions; and Cantuccini Biscotti. A very fun cooking class - we made a full 4 course meal with soup, pasta, main course and dessert. I liked that it was around dinner time so we got to eat the yummy food we made for dinner. The class was a good pace, the instructions were clear and the food was fantastic - definitely recommend :)
