프로그램 세부사항
안녕하세요! 우리는 고대부터 멕시코에서 생산되는 증류주에 대한 열정을 가진 친구들의 모임인 Mexican Spirits Club입니다. 우리는 라파스 중심부에 있는 작은 데킬라 클럽에서 시음과 페어링을 진행합니다. 이곳에서 보통 일주일에 한두 번 만나 도시의 다른 곳에서는 볼 수 없는 전국의 수제 증류주를 맛봅니다. Jalisco, Oaxaca, Guerrero, Chihuahua, Durango 및 Baja California Sur와 같은 멕시코의 여러 주에서 온 데킬라, 메스칼, 다미아나, 소톨, 라이실라 등의 증류주와 함께 다양한 페어링으로 시음합니다. 각각의 시음회에서 우리는 증류주의 정교화 과정, 각각의 역사와 풍미, 그리고 우리 나라 음식으로 다양한 풍미를 수집하는 방법에 대해 이야기하고 토론합니다.
