During the class , I tried 6 different coffee drinks (from pure black coffee to the most iconic ones with ingredients) and the stories / origins behind them. There’re always reasons, background situations connected to each of the drink. I was made to understand more about Vietnam history through the coffee tasting, as well as the people characteristics from different parts of the country reflexes on the drinks. If you want to have an amazing experience knowing the coffee journey you HAVE to do it with Quynh. My friends and I had the best moment of our trip here. He explains everything with so much pasion and details. His workshop is sooooo cool and we prepared and tried the best coffees! Couldn't be happier with this experiencia. Highly recommend it!!!
