우리 포도원과 와이너리를 독점적으로 둘러보고 우리 포도원의 와인과 제품을 시음해 보세요.
가이드 투어 후에는 맛있는 현지 농산물과 함께 저희 저장고에 있는 4가지 와인을 맛보실 수 있습니다.
1. "미누톨로"(흰색)는 가든 토마토와 엑스트라 버진 올리브 오일을 얹은 세몰리나 빵 브루스케타, 프리모살레 치즈와 함께 미누톨로 젤리와 함께 제공됩니다.
2. 신선한 모짜렐라와 '포베렐라' 애호박을 곁들인 '"Aurora primitivo rosè'' - 민트와 EVO 오일로 햇볕에 건조.
3. 살라미 소시지와 신선한 카네스트라토 치즈를 곁들인 "카베르네 소비뇽"(빨간색)과 모과 잼.
4. "Primitivo"(빨간색)는 DOP 상태로 보호되는 Caciocavallo 치즈와 일치하며 체리 꿀과 함께 제공되며 Capocollo도 DOP 상태로 제공됩니다.
