프로그램 세부사항
Alberta와 José Luis는 1999 년에 집에서 맛볼 수있는 장인의 와인을 만들기 시작했으며 2005 년에 첫 와인을 판매하기로 결정했으며, 직업과 인생의 여정을 나누는 것과 같은 본질을 갖기를 원했습니다.
호세 루이스 (José Luis)는 와이너리의 운영 부분과 포도 나무가 우수한 과일을 맺고 표준으로 제안 된 매개 변수를 갖도록 보장하는 한편 앨버타는 와이너리의 Oenologist이며 그의 위치, Vinification 과정의 방향 및 그 관리는 각각의 병에서의 동반과 전달을 보여줍니다.
까베르네 소비뇽, 메를로, 시라, 넵 비올로가 혼합 된 와이너리의 프리미엄 와인 인 스페셜 리저브 : Valle de Guadalupe, San Antonio de las Minas, San Vicente.
