We already have the 3. Cooking class done in this school and it was always an experience. A competent and friendly Thai guide accompanied us from pick-up to shopping at the market to preparation. Everything was perfectly prepared and was explained to us understandably and helped us. Of course we could not eat everything again and took a dish with us. If there is another menu on offer, we will gladly come back.
I highly recommend this Thai cookery course to anyone seeking a basic introduction to Thai cooking styles. The trip to the market was refreshing and provided a great insight into authentic ingredients. The cooking session was exceptionally well-organized and expertly guided, making the entire day smooth and enjoyable. Fun and informative cooking class. Great to visit the local market before the class to have a greater understanding and appreciation of the ingredients resulting in a delicious and generous meal. Would definitely recommend.
Interesting trip around the market, lovely venue & facilities at the cookery school & we were shown how to cook a fabulous Massaman curry. Great trip!
The first part was a visit to the local market which was very interesting. The cooking class was well organized and the staff very friendly and helpful. The meals we prepared were delicious! I really enjoyed it.
