We had a very pleasant family time during this lasagna and tiramisu class with food and wine pairing at the Ponte Vecchio. Milena was simply adorable with the children. She was very educational and knew how to captivate our 3 daughters. The lasagna and the tiramisu were very good. We recommend this experience, it is an ideal activity to do as a family. A big thank you to Milena for her welcome and her kindness!
This was a great class! We booked the lasagna class, however we were asked to join the pasta class and I’m so glad we did. We made 3 different types of pasta and it was delicious. The only thing I would suggest is having the guests making the pasta wear gloves, other than that I have nothing to suggest.
This was one of the most fun activities we did in Florence! We had the perfect group size of 6 people so it was easy to get to know each other and wasn’t too packed. Elenora, our teacher, was perfect; she made the class funny yet educational and the best part was the lasagna tasted amazing. 10/10 would definitely recommend this for your next trip to Florence!
We had a blast making our own pasta and sauces for the lasagna. Nicola explained everything you would want to know about Italian cuisine. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone in Florence, Rome, or Venice. Where they have locations. Food was great, atmosphere was great, and the people were incredible.
Michelle was a great teacher. We all laughed while we made some great food. It was like being with family. I can go home and make the dishes with confidence.
