Thanks to Viator, I had the privilege of enjoying a private homemade Dutch dinner in an apartment overlooking the canals in Amsterdam’s Amstel neighborhood. Fusina prepared white asparagus soup and Stamppot, a Dutch delicacy with potatoes and vegetables. She substituted beef sausage for pork and she made mustard which you customarily mix everything. My husband, my friend and I chose to book this dinner in Amsterdam, which was certainly a highlight of our trip! We had a warm and welcoming greeting for just the three of us, as if we had been long time friends coming for dinner, and we were served dinner in the beautiful apartment of Fusina.
