Amazing service from the start of getting out of the car, being greeted by the lovely porters and manager greeted us at the reception and checked up on us during our experience. Cheslyn was the waiter for our table of 6& was attentive, knew the menu and made perfect suggestions on the teas we should try and letting us know they have the best scones and baked cheesecake in Cape Town. We decided to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary having high tea at the Mount Nelson. What an exceptional experience. We were thoroughly spoilt by Cheslyn. Cheslyn was also very knowledgeable and shared her insights freely. We enjoyed everything, but next time will come hungry! Thank you for our anniversary gift and for hosting us so graciously. We will be back!
