Olive Oil and so much more!
Our olive oil tasting at Tili Vineyards was so much more than just sipping olive oil. The owner Maria took us out to the olive trees which were in process of being harvested and showed us how olives were picked. She then brought us inside to expertly guide us in the differences between brand new and one year old olive oil. Olive oil is the blood of Umbria
My husband and I spent 2 1/2 weeks in Italy and the olive tour was a highlight. Not only did we hear about growing and processing the olives we sipped wine and ate appetizers on the deck overlooking the beautiful valley.

Organic olive oil tasting
This was a fantastic experience. Maria, the co-owner and Annalaura were so friendly and so knowledgeable. We thought we would just be tasting olive oil but they also brought out several delicious wines and homemade snacks. We learned so much and the farm was so pretty and everything so well organised. We enjoyed every minute and I thoroughly recommend it.
