我的烹飪課完全是「點菜」。 我們會一起選擇菜單，充分考慮您的喜好、口味以及任何過敏情況。 憑藉 20 多年的經驗，我將為您提供典型的法式家常菜（根據您的選擇，可以是家常菜也可以是更精緻的菜餚），廚房就像您自己的廚房一樣。 我只買新鮮的、當季的農產品（視季節而定），我每週四早上都會去我家附近市政廳廣場舉辦的當地市場購買。 蔬菜、水果、起司、肉類和家禽的本地生產商是我的獨家供應商。 就連麵粉，我都是從離家 10 公里的索洛涅磨坊購買的，那裡的磨坊用古老的小麥品種生產優質麵粉，麩質含量較低。 四月/五月/六月，我會去鄰村直接從種植者購買蘆筍和草莓。 歡迎來到我家！
