+1 張照片Our eOur experience was exceptional. Not only did we enjoy a delightful hands-on meal, but we also had the opportunity to explore a diverse array of locations and experience the rigen. Our host, who has a profound understanding of the Regen and has operated her own gourmet restaurant, is a true expert in the field.
The location is in a building and is not clearly marked. Paola is very knowledgeable, explained the process well, answered questions and included the participants in all areas from preparation to the enjoyment of the finished meal. Enjoyed and recommended!
Great time in Paola's class, both educational and fun! Our session was focused on making four different tacos (including the tortillas). She did a great job of highlighting the history and diversity of Mexican cuisine, and we had a great time meeting other travelers as well... highly recommended!
This was such a Fun experience...one of the best times we've had in Mazatlán and the food was Amazing!!
