Amazing tour. We were picked up on time from our hotel in Bologna and taking to Modena. We were the only 2 on the tour, which was nice. The young women that lead the tour was able to answer all our questions and did a great job explaining the process. At the end, we were able to sample 5 different products. I'd definitely recommend.
Thank you for your positive review! We're glad you had a wonderful time!
Really fascinating tour! I had no idea of the process of making real balsamic - or how much time it takes. Excellent guide who spoke perfect English and was so knowledgeable and interesting. The tasting was a great bonus! Highly recommend this trip.
Thank you again, Archie! We are really happy that you enjoyed your second tour and with us and we hope there will be many more! :)
Picked up in a car for private drive to Modena which was great. We had a private tour and tasting and it was amazing! I learned a lot about how balsamic is made and the qualities.
Thank you so much for your wonderful words! We hope to see you soon!
Learning about the historical traditional vinegar making prices and tasting it too. What a great sense of flavor all from a grape
Thank you Mark
