課程將學習使用專業的技巧和技術烹製三種典型的意大利傳統菜餚；作為一名專業廚師，我將一步一步地跟隨它，但同時氣氛也會輕鬆愉快。將提供食譜卡，以便在家中與親朋好友輕鬆複製它們。
課程將在我的烹飪工作室進行，也就是在真正的專業廚房中進行。
