If you are looking for an incredibly fun experience where you also learn about the history and process of chocolate making, this is the workshop for you. Our teacher, Patricia, was extremely informative about each step as we created both milk and dark chocolate delicacies. She guided us with clear directions and a wonderful sense of humor. The protocols for cleanliness and safety were an important part of the experience. We each walked away with a scrumptious box of chocolates which we made ours...閱讀更多
