這是島上唯一由世界知名橄欖油專家主持的橄欖油品嚐活動。 Anita Zachou 自 2019 年起就在米科諾斯島設想並實施了橄欖油品嚐研討會，當時每個人都認為她瘋了。現在他們在沒有任何專業知識和服務品質的情況下模仿她。
