課程由小咖啡館的老闆主持，他是一位擁有SCA（精品咖啡協會）認證的經驗豐富的烘焙師和咖啡師。課程在他真正的、非常當地的社區咖啡館進行。專注於向遊客強調當地體驗的咖啡館。這是一門休閒課程，歡迎提出任意問題，但其目的是專注於精品咖啡。課程結束後，您將清楚地了解遵循清晰概述的步驟是多麼重要，這將使您能夠製作完美的濃縮咖啡，無論是在商用咖啡機還是家用濃縮咖啡機上。上午 11:30 的課程是在咖啡館的開放時間內進行的，因此請準備好在上課時與常客互動！您甚至可能最終會為顧客製作濃縮咖啡！
