The perfect authentic cooking experience
This was the best way to get to know genuine local cuisine in Bari. We were graciously invited into Annarita’s home, joined by her daughter and mother, and cooked a delicious asparagus pasta (with orecchiette) and tomato sauce. Homemade focaccia, bruschetta, potatoes, wine, limoncello, and more were provided. It was clear so much care and attention were put into preparing for this meal. Do not hesitate and book this phenomenal experience.
Simply the most wonderful experience of our trip through Italy. It can be nerve-wracking booking a cooking class as it may be generic and inauthentic, however this was the complete opposite! Fernanda, Franco & Sara were the most welcoming hosts and walked us through making tiramisu and orecchiette. We shared our lovingly made meal at their table and left feeling like family. Welcoming hosts and great food, must do!
Fernanda was a very welcoming host in her house, where we learned to make orecchiette and tiramisu! Great hosts and great food! A must do experience.
