Andrea was a wonderful host for our cooking and dinner experience in Santiago. She welcomed us with a traditional Chilean drink, the pisco sour. We had plenty of fresh appetizers, made some delicious bread, and then ate trout with a cream sauce for dinner. We finished the night making crepes with a delicious caramel filling and fruit sauce.
