Amazing Brazilian Cooking Experience with Chef Marcela!
We had an amazing experience! Chef Marcela was wonderful and made the class so much fun. We made caipirinhas, garlic bread (Soo good), chicken hearts, picanha, chicken, grilled vegetables, farofa, rice, molho à campanha, and finished with delicious grilled pineapple for dessert. Everything tasted incredible, and we learned so much about Brazilian flavors and cooking along the way. Definitely a highlight of our time in Rio!

Amazing Churrasco Experience with Ercia!
I absolutely loved my Cook in Rio churrasco experience with Ercia! The class took place in a beautiful outdoor setting that felt like a Brazilian backyard barbecue, and Ercia made the whole experience incredibly welcoming, social, and fun from the beginning.

More than just food
This class was an absolute blast thanks to Chef Andre Vasconcellos and his team. The food was delicious but beyond that it was a very pleasant experience. Chef André explained a lot about the roots of Brazilian cooking, provided great technical advice and made us very comfortable. We learned so much! And had fabulous food. The menu had great diversity, we spent more than 3 hours enjoying the experience and the food.
