Learning the classic dishes of Roma is easy to do under Graziella instruction. She made it seem easy and was a pleasure to talk with. She and her husband made me feel at home and I enjoyed the food as much as their company. I have the recipes and hope to amaze my family back in the USA. Food, Friendship and wine - Perfect combo.
Graciella and Giovani were gracious hosts. The tour of the market was an unexpected treat. The cooking class exceeded expectations and the food was delicious.
This was one of our favorite things to do on our trip. We were met at the cruise port and taken to the market. From there we went to graziella’s house for the cooking. She is a delightful person who is passionate about cooking. She also had her nephew there to help with translating and he loved to cook as well. Graziella and Giovanni are welcoming and friendly hosts. Our market tour was short due to weather and ship docking delays, but we were able to communicate easily and still do that part. It was fun learning about the local foods and food culture. The cooking class itself is in their home, and Graziella and Giovanna welcomed us like we were new friends.
