A Perfect Day for Food and Wine Lovers
We did the Konavle Wine, History & Food tour and it was the perfect day for us, from the flow of activities to the duration. We really enjoyed starting the morning at Sokol Grad, a defensive medieval castle carved into the rock towering above the surrounding villages. Mario then did a guided wine tasting paired with local specialties and we learned about Croatian wines. A wine tour not to miss!
Mario provided my wife and I with an amazing historical view of local wineries and the region. His deep knowledge on local wines along with a great personality this in our opinion is a definite when visiting Croatia!

Fantastic Day tour with Mario
We had a fabulous day with Mario going to 3 wineries before stopping for a lovely lunch and a visit to Ston.
Mario is extremely knowledgeable and told us all about the wines and wine making, answering all our questions.
The three wineries were each very interesting with lovely (and different) wines.
We had a wonderful fish lunch (other options available) in a restaurant overlooking a beautiful bay. In fact most of the drive up the coast was beautiful.

Great day tasting wine!
Great variety of wineries, some teaching and a fabulous lunch! The tour was nicely paced. Be sure to bring water so you can enjoy each winery!

Fun and educational
Mario is very knowledgeable! We learnt a lot and had a great time. Nice transportation in a smart air conned mini van which we appreciated. Visited areas that we wouldn’t have otherwise been to.
