Just go and do this if on the fence about it.
It was worth it for education and experience. The price point was good being that they use plenty of ingredients to teach the three different coffees. It was a solid hour and they try to stay true to the time without feeling super rushed, which is good because once that coffee hits, we all were jabber jawing like old friends to the ones next to and across from us. Super amazing worth doing if you love the Vietnamese coffee!! They show you how to make the coffee and also give you a history lesson on coffee throughout Vietnam.
