Great night of food and new friends.
Great evening. We really enjoyed meeting new people and creating delicious good together in the kitchen. Chef Alex is a star. Highly recommend this experience.

French night in St. Augustine
The French cooking class ended up being the main event of our five day trip to St Augustine. Chef Alex made us feel very welcome. He provided great instruction, including why things were to be done a particular way, throughout the whole 3 hr class. We really learned a lot about food prep, cooking the main dish and how to provide the flavor. The food was delicious. I would recommend this class to my friends and others if they are in the St Augustine area.

Wife’s birthday celebration
Alex was great fun and prepared for our class. His stories and experiences made the night go fast and my wife’s birthday was a success.

Celebrity Chef cooking class and meal - great fun
An amazing evening, and experience in the company of a great Chef and entertaining raconteur. This is a cooking class, so one learns to cook something. Our main course was a Chicken dish, rolled and wrapped with mushroom and fennel sausage. We learnt how to prep and cook, and then we ate the meal. Our option included an appetizer and dessert, but one can opt for just an Entree. Chef Alex' wife, Amy, was there to greet us and then we had Alex to ourselves.
