Excelente experiencia
Encantados con encontrarnos con Sona y su clase de cocina en Varanasi. Nos ha encantado lo bien preparado que lo tenia todo y su manera de explicarnos como cocinar el curry, la samosa y en pan chapati. La comida ha sido la mejor que hemos comido en todo nuestro viaje a la India. Repetiriamos sin pensarlo. Gracias Sona!

a magical moment
When contacting Sona, I knew exactly what I wanted to learn to cook, naans because they are so good at the restaurant but I never succeeded at home, and Paneer Kathi Rolls... Sona suggested that I prepare a butter paneer to go with the naans and also show me how to prepare the paneer. I had a wonderful time. I learned new cooking techniques and I enjoyed the meal at the end. I sincerely recommend Sona's classes. I will not hesitate to take another class if I am in the area or to stay in her gues...閱讀更多

Great food, family experience
Sona treats you like family while you learn to cook in her kitchen. Her English is very good and easy to understand. She let me pick what dishes I wanted to learn to make, so we made Dahl, aloo parantha, chai, etc. She has a water filter system so it's safe to drink/cook with.

Auf Empfehlung unseres Freundes buchten wir bei Sona einen Kochkurs. Geschickt und mit herzlicher Freude leitete sie uns bei der Herstellung der einzelnen Speisen an. Sie vermittelt uns mit Frohsinn den Ablauf, dass wir die Speisen,wie Palak Paneer oder Alu Tiki, leicht nachkochen konnten. Sie erklärte uns auch, wie die einzelnen Zutaten mit einander auf unseren Körper wirken. Da wurde uns bewusst, wie tief sie mit der ayurvedischen Küche verbunden ist.
