Great Experience!
Excellent authentic day cooking at a local home. We started out at the market and then went back to the house to cook up a storm. Fun and delicious day!

“Alma”在西班牙語中是靈魂的意思，正宗的墨西哥烹飪就是這樣開始的。加入 Josefina（或 Jeronimo，Josefina 的兒子）在她的家庭廚房中參加 3 小時的實踐小組烹飪課程（僅限 6 名學生）。通過 Josefina 的個人家庭食譜發現和品嚐墨西哥美食。在這次美食體驗中，您還將參觀科蘇梅爾的當地市場。通過與當地市場供應商互動加深您對墨西哥的文化知識，然後將您的食材帶回家，在午睡前及時烹製全面的墨西哥大餐！

Fantastic experience
Absolutely loved this cooking class! Jeronimo is super knowledgeable about food, from veggies and fruits, to meat!! Food was so delicious! Jeronimo was a great host, so friendly and a great teacher!!! Very highly recommend this cooking class!!!!

One of the best parts of...
One of the best parts of our cruise! He was so knowledgeable and engaging, and the whole experience felt relaxed and fun. The food turned out amazing—way better than we expected. Such a memorable experience and we’d do it again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend.

Well worth your time
Geronimo was so passionate and informed about Mexican food and cooking and how different foods impact the body, together with the delicious and plentiful dishes that tasted so good from simple ingredients, that he changed my mind about Mexican food. I was never a big seeker of Mexican food because where I live, there are only your standard Mexican servings that are kind of bland and not bad but not great. Fabulous, authentic, seasonal cuisine
You will not only learn to cook some fabulous, authentic Mexican cuisine, but you will be involved in the selection of the fresh ingredients and learn about their nutritional value! The only thing better is consuming what you created🥰
