Fabulous experience with Tiernan on November 9! We met at Lincoln’s Inn and started out with a wonderful Whiskey from Dublin. We paired the whiskey with delicious cheddar cheese, chocolate, fresh raspberries and strawberries, chutney and crackers. We then tried an additional two whiskies before moving on to the Palace Bar. My husband and I booked in for his birthday weekend and had a wonderful afternoon with Tiernan! We live in Dublin and have done a few whiskey tours elsewhere, but we still learned so much from the experience. It ended up being just the two of us which allowed us to ask all the questions we wanted. Tiernan was a gracious host and was so knowledgable, you could tell he really enjoys what he does.
