Chef Massimo is absolutely brilliant explaining the ingredients and patiently helping us to produce 2 gorgeous starters and 3 main dishes. Afterwards you will eat on Chef's beautiful terrace with added wine. The day could not be faulted. Absolutely brilliant day

We had 4 cooking classes with Chef Massimo with a Road Scholar group. They were fabulous. Lots of information, lots of hands on work to really come to know how to do what the recipes called for and mostly lots and lots of fun. I would recommend the classes with Chef Massimo wholeheartedly for anyone.
Massimo was great. So friendly. Food was absolute amazing. Best food in our entire 10 days in Italy. Great ambience. Strongly recommend this experience. Relaxing, thoroughly loved the evening.
