Carmen is an excellent chef and teacher. We made eggplant Parmesan, gnocchi, and tiramisu. She brought the joy of cooking back into our lives! The venue was wonderful, and the food was delicious.
This is the second time I did a cooking class with Carmen. We made 3 different dishes: gnocchi, fettuccine, and lemon tiramisu. Carmen makes the class so much fun and entertaining. Well worth the money, you will not be disappointed.
