My sister and I arrived to this beautiful winery and had a very informative tour. I’ve been on many wine tours, but just felt like this was well presented and fresh. Sometimes when on a tour like this, it can get a little boring and this was not at all. We had a tasting of a few different wines with charcuterie, pasta, and cantucci. This was just a very enjoyable afternoon overlooking the beautiful countryside.
When we first arrived we were a little worried because our guide was a bit frazzled and not real friendly. But this is one of those times when first impressions are not to be trusted. We learned later that the winery was understaffed that day and she was doing her best to get the place opened. Once the tour started she was like a different person - friendly, even fun, and very informative. We got to see and learn about all aspects of wine making. Très bonne visite suivi d'une dégustation très agréable. Guide très appréciable. Je recommande à ceux qui sont en visite à Florence.
