我們是從泰國不同地區長大的泰國夫婦，已經做了很長時間的烹飪。我們學會瞭如何從父母那裡做飯，比如去市場買新鮮的食材，使用香料和草藥，然後是許多技巧和基本的烹飪技巧。當我們結婚時，我們仍然一直在烹飪和分享我們自己的食物，直到現在。此外，我們有時也會為僧侶提供食物。
我們的課程每人最多只能容納8人（非常歡迎素食主義者或素食主義者），所有菜譜都是根據我們多年的烹飪經驗創造出來的，有些菜譜也融合了兩種文化。
