Robert provided us with an authentic Paella evening, which began with tapas and historical stories of the true origins of Valencian Paella and ended with a delicious, and satisfying meal. The cooking process was engaging, relaxed, and well informed, courtesy of Robert's knowledge and kind hospitality.
We had such a wonderful experience at this paella cooking class in Valencia! Robert was an incredible host–friendly, welcoming, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made everyone feel comfortable from the moment we arrived and created such a fun, relaxed atmosphere. The class was a perfect mix of learning, cooking, and enjoying great company. We did the Paella cooking class with Robert, and we highly recommend for anyone!! It was just me and my partner, so we got to have a private experience on a beautiful rooftop terrace. We loved how slow paced and relaxed it was, spending around ~4hrs there. It was lovely to learn all about Robert and the life he's built here, alongside eating some delicious food. What an unreal experience! Robert's Paella course was by far our best local excursion of the year! So relaxed and welcoming. Authentic to the core. Easy access by car and public transport.
