Review: What a great afternoon! The cooks were not only great at their job, but also fantastic supervisors. We learned a lot about Morocco and its rich food culture, and everything was explained with such passion and pleasure. The food was delicious – every bite a discovery. The guidance made it extra special: friendly, clear and with an eye for everyone in the group. Even our adolescents enjoyed it, which is a great compliment for us. This culinary experience ended our trip with a tasty dinner with friendly and welcoming young Moroccans in a medina house. The activity is well conducted. During the cooking of the tagines, the break "Moroccan Tea" was enriching and pleasant. We had a great time.
We booked our workshop at the last moment, we were welcomed by Abdo who guided us in the realization of our meal and told us about traditions and customs. Thank you very much Abdo for this moment. Marie, Tristan and Aubin
Abdo was a fantastic teacher and super accommodating. We learnt lots about the cuisine and culture. Would recommend.
