She was able to accommodate someone with a food allergy perfectly! We felt like we understood the food history of Bologna in one afternoon. Highly recommend!!!

Benedetta was amazing! The tour was intimate and we really got to explore all of the local markets and cuisine. We tried some delicious traditional foods that are unique to the region. She also taught us some local history and gave us recommendations for restaurants.
