Maravilloso, una mañana espectacular recorriendo el mercado y luego cocinando y cocinando mucho, esto sí que es una experiencia de cocina. Muchísimas gracias a Lance y a su compi que encima de ser dos buenos directores de orquesta son personas estupendas se nota que disfrutan dando estas clases. La comida brutal con muchas elaboraciones, tantas que era imposible terminárselo todo, una pena porque estaba todo buenísimo.Otra vez muchísimas gracias

A great way to spend a day!
I did a private class that focused on baozi and dumplings together and had a wonderful experience. Lance was my guide and I really enjoyed the chef as well. She had a great personality. The language barrier was no issue. Lance was there to translate and you can always find a way to communicate. It was a treat to make the doughs and a couple of fillings. Everything was delicious. I would definitely recommend their classes. Thank you Chilli Cool!

Fun half day food experience in Chengdu
Great market tour and dumpling lesson led by Lance with help in the kitchen from Ms. Li. We learned a lot about Sichuanese ingredients and different folding techniques for the jiaozi. Great afternoon and kids especially enjoyed it.

We loved the visit to the market and also the kitchen and the preparation of the dumping both Li and Lance very nice is very attentive, really good, highly recommended experience even with small children

Take the Class!
It was awesome. Jerry is so friendly. He takes you to the farmer’s market and shares Chinese culture with you. Then, we went to the Workshop and the chef helps you make the dumplings. Jerry helps translate and cheers you on when the folding gets tough lol. We got to enjoy the dumplings we created! It was a really nice afternoon talking to Jerry and getting to know Chinese culture and cruisine.
