在我們的Sunset Town咖啡工作坊,參與者將深入了解越南咖啡文化的豐富傳統。 體驗始於介紹越南咖啡豆的起源和獨特特性,從羅布斯塔到阿拉比卡,以及其在當地傳統中的作用。 然後,客人將學習並練習標誌性的啤酒方法,例如傳統的 *fin* 過濾器,創造乳酸、寬容的雞蛋咖啡,並實驗乳汁藝術。
