Castel di Salve 是普利亞歷史悠久的釀酒廠之一，由 Salve 公爵 Antonio Winspeare 於 1885 年在 Depressa 創立，其目標是生產優質佐餐酒。現在酒莊由Winspeare家族第四代和第五代掌管。我們對祖先的傳統深感自豪，時至今日仍在同一塊土地上耕作，生產出既乾淨又優雅的優質葡萄酒。
我們的大部分農業工作都在歷史悠久的家族莊園“Masseria Bosco Belvedere”進行，該莊園位於下薩蘭託的地理中心。重點是薩倫託的本地葡萄，如 Verdeca、Negroamaro、Malvasia Nera di Lecce 和 Primitivo。此外，我們還在 Depressa 和薩倫托下游的其他地方種植了另一個小葡萄園，葡萄園總面積約為 31 公頃。
