本次品酒活動由我本人主持，薩爾瓦多·博爾赫斯·德·卡斯特羅 (Salvador Borges de Castro) 是一位對葡萄牙葡萄酒有專業知識的當地侍酒師。我在自己的家裡舉辦這個活動，這使它變得個性化和真實。在每次品酒會上，我都會介紹並分享 5 種不同的葡萄酒。沒有哪款葡萄酒適合每場活動。
客戶喜歡我選擇代表葡萄牙各個葡萄酒產區的葡萄酒這一事實。因此，對於那些訪問里斯本的人來說，他們有機會品嚐來自全國各地的不同葡萄酒。
我還選擇鮮為人知的葡萄酒。這些酒通常在超市買不到。其中一些葡萄酒很少見，生產的瓶子數量有限，很難找到。
品酒後，您可以享用少量冷盤和奶酪拼盤，以及橄欖、餅乾和其他小吃，與葡萄酒一起享用。然後，客人可以社交、見面和聊天，分享故事和對話，喝杯酒！
