Issam and his aunt were absolutely superb hosts and teachers... we thoroughly enjoyed the guided shopping in the sooks, the cookery skills taught were amazing and the food we were helped to produce was just stunning... altogether a fun activity - highly, highly recommend!
A delightful time getting to know people, cooking, and eating well. Aimaad was a great host and Karima a talented chef who taught us a lot about how the dishes we had enjoyed in restaurants are made. The terrase is delightful and restful and the cooking instructions easy to follow and fun. Even as amateurs we were able to produce a tasty meal. Aimad is the most fabulous host, his smile and laughter are infectious, His English is great, we had so much chatter about Marrakesh and just about anything really. We were taken to the market to buy our ingredients, cooked many dishes with Aimad and his mom, then sat down in the lovely dining room to enjoy our dishes.
