She is committed to explaining everything to us, in a good mood and sometimes with a touch of humor. The macarons are excellent, even if we weren't perfect 😅😅 The recipe is well explained, doable at home I therefore recommend this class 100%🙂↕️👍
Great experience with Flora, she is super pedagogue and gives lots of super useful tips! The apartment is cozy and well located in a central area of Paris, and you can choose the flavors of its macarons (chocolate, pistachio, red fruits...). Bonus: Flore also shares the history of macarons! I recommend 100%!
Flore is a wonderful teacher! She taught us all about the history of macarons and showed us great technique.
