Afternoon tea masterclass with allergies
We have just returned from the afternoon tea masterclass in Manchester and it is impossible to over rate the friendliness and professionalism of the staff particularly Amy and Simon. One of us is a 13 year old who loves to bake but has difficulties due to allergies. Amy and Simon were brilliant going out of their way to answer any questions, finding out information on different ingredients and arranging swaps while keeping to an authentic experience.
