El Quetzal de Mindo是厄瓜多爾Ruta de Cacao（巧克力之路）的開端。查看以小批量工匠製作巧克力的整個過程。我們從可可樹開始，品嚐新鮮水果，並看到整個過程到成品巧克力。我們將品嚐各種巧克力，巧克力燒烤醬和巧克力茶，當然還有世界著名的布朗尼。
