Our cooking experience with Elizabeth is one of our most talked-about experiences of our CR trip! She is kind, welcoming and patient. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with her exchanging stories and learning her wonderful recipes!
Elisabeth, my cooking guide, was kind and helpful. She taught me about some new foods, including chayote, achiote, plantains and what “gallo” meant in pico de gallo. We had a great conversation during cooking, eating, and afterwards. I felt right at home as we shared our own stories. In addition, there was some confusion around transportation, and she stepped up to take care of it, no problem. To me this shows her strong engagement with this business. I would definitely recommend her.
