在這堂為期兩小時的實作課程中，在紐約法拉盛最大的華人社區，學會製作北方中式餃子。 我們將在法興廣場（Kissena Blvd 41 - 61）的大廳見面，然後一起去附近的中国人食品市場挑選新鮮食材。 接著，我們將穿過舊法興區，經過 P.20 約翰·鮑恩學校，來到我們位於 Parsons Blvd 4140 號的家庭式教室。洗完手後，您將學習製作最傳統的北方餃子，邊混合餡料、邊擀皮、邊手工塑形。 在你的餃子煮的時候，你會聽到關於餃子文化和傳統的故事。 然後我們就坐下來享用您做的餃子，配上啤酒和軟性飲料，如果時間允許，最後再喝點中国人茶。 任何多餘的餃子都可以為您打包帶回家。 素食者？ 請提前告知我們，我們會為您準備素食餃子選項。
