The best fresh olive oil experience
Frank's olive oil is the best, and his hospitality is the same- the best. First, the oil. It is the freshly pressed oil from trees deep in the heart of a pristine hilltop agricultural region in Sicily. His trees are all organic, and some have been producing oil for well over 100 years. Unforgettable Olive Oil Experience in Sicily
Wow, this was one for the books!
My friend booked the Olive Oil Tasting and Experience for the two of us during our visit to Sicily in mid-May 2026. We had no idea that it was a private experience, just for us. So special to have the place all to ourselves! The hosts were so welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable; it felt like being at someone's home.

What an experience! Frank was so warm and kind and taught us so much about olive oil. Best olive oil I’ve ever tasted. And the meal? Every single bite was memorable. Soo delicious!

Fantastic experience
We loved our experience at Amodeo's Farm. We love olive oil so we wanted to find an experience that would educate us about Sicilian olive oil. We selected there because we wanted to learn more about olive oil and growing and harvesting olives. Although it was not olive harvesting season, we still learned a lot. Frank was a wonderful host.
