Pizza++
This excursion is easy to do when in port. It was about a 15 minute walk from the cruise ship. Julia was our instructor who took us the the process to first make a tiramisu, home style. Then we had a wine break. A great Chianti! Next was making the dough. Lots of tips to make a springy tasty crust. The most important is patience. Then we had a wine break. Great tasting pizza and Tiramisu
Lovely family owned restaurant! Delicious pizza and tiramisu! Friendly cooking teacher who answered all questions. Looking forward to trying the recipes at home!

A must try!
Such a fun time with our teens! We did this excursion while in port on a cruise. It was an easy short walk from the ship and the class was fun and informative! We loved getting to make our own pizzas and enjoy them afterwards!
