It was fun. informative, and very tasty!! Paola made the cooking class fun and easy to learn. I totally recommend it to you!!
Paola was so knowledgeable about Lecce and incorporated history with the foods of the region. We prepared several different types of pasta and had a delicious dinner.
Super nice cooking course, the host is a very sweet woman who knows a lot about the history of food. We had a great meal and it was very nice to make ourselves!
