Authentic experience of making Italian food. So friendly and skillful teachers. Material came from their own garden which we appreciated. We left the course with skills we are going to use.

Absolute must!
10/10 recommend, AMAZING! Authentic, intimate small group, hands on lesson in local food. Hosted in their beautiful home. They were so welcoming to us and this was by far the highlight of our trip. All the ingredients are fresh from their garden and the pasta we made was better than anything else we had during our trip. It is vegan/vegetarian friendly. Sampled local wine, and had a stunning view. We cannot recommend this enough!!

This is experience was more than we could have asked for! We were greeted into a lovely home and treated to welcome tea. Shortly after introductions we got to work where we were taught how to make four different authentic pastas. It didn’t stop there though - they then cooked up our work into the most delicious multi-course meal - truly out of this world! The best part, the ingredients all came from their very own garden. Lovely hosts and amazing food
What a fantastic day with such great hosts. The pasta making was a lot of fun and the lunch afterwards of eating our creation was excellent. Hosts were very welcoming and gracious. We had an excellent time.

Simply Heavenly
Wonderful event. Great course, nice instructor and gadget giver. Elena, Bruna and Francesco were just heavenly. We learned a lot and even if the shape of our pasta products were slightly different, it was conjured up an extremely tasty food. A great lunch with very nice conversations completed the course. We would love to come back
