+106 張照片Amazing experience. All the staff are super friendly. We had an awesome day seeing the vineyard, tasting the wine, learning how to cook pasta with the chef. She made it very simple and easy to follow. The chef then used our pasta to make us a delicious 3 course meal. The service to and from the train station is so good for those staying in Rome. Saves lots of cash on taxis. Frascati train station is really small so it’s easy to navigate.
Big big tip! Such a fun trip from hectic and hot Rome. The staff is so attentive and fun.
Absolutely amazing experience. Could not fault it. The communication was excellent prior and allowed us a very easy 20 min transfer out of Rome to another world. I travelled solo but spent the day amongst new friends. Nico and Anna-Marie are two incredible people who make pasta making easy, wine tasting atmospheric and eating a delight. The pasta making class was so great! And our guide, Paula, was the best! The chef was also amazing! They were so good with our kids and the food was amazing. We also enjoyed interacting with the others in the class. I highly recommend Minardi Winery’s wine and classes!
My partner and I booked the pasta masterclass and wine tasting/tour together with family. We were picked up from the train station and everyone was so friendly. The vineyard and farmhouse were beautiful and the pasta making was such fun and the chef was a good laugh. We all had a great time and was so much more than I could have expected. Eating our own freshly made pasta and drinking the vineyards wine in front of the vineyard and beautiful surroundings. I would highly recommend to others.
